My page to comment on national and global issues is from a motivational perspective. The motivator promote only good : success, peace, love, joy and prosperity. Therefore, my opinion will seek to motivate, not to tear down or destroy. Actually, I never do such. I will be looking at how we can explore and harness facts gleaned in news about national and global issues to better our lives as individuals or collectively.  My stand is peace, whatever opinion I share on national and global events will be for peace. Count me out of anything contrary to peace. I am a motivator. A real motivator mean good for all. Several things go on worldwide; factions and groups opposed to one another, I take no side. I comment only to motivate. 

COMMENDING THE SYSTEM

My opinion today will focus on systems. I mean the diverse good systems meant to be in place in our societies; national and global. I must commend the following systems meant to be in place in this world.

• Respect for human right and dignity.

• Respect for territorial integrity and sovereignty 

• The legal and court system for administration of civil and criminal matters, running as they should, will bring justice and peace. 

• International bodies where all nations are represented to discuss mutual grievances and resolve them 

• Security operatives clampdown on criminals, bloodshed, fraudulent practices and every act inimical to peace including insults, assaults, domestic squabbles, etc, will bring peace.

• Security institutions that are neutral, unbiased, free of corruption and well taken care of; discharging their responsibilities as proper, will bring peace. 

• Proper home and school discipline for children will produce children that are disciplined.

• Maintenance of marriage standard between men and women.

• Clampdown on all forms of sexual assault and all acts of sexual violence and violations as enshrined in our laws.

• Equitable distribution of resources and sharing them amicably.

• Best employment practices of neutrality, maintaining national character and without discrimination.

• Cohabiting in peace with other ethnic groups within your territory.

• Respect for national character in national appointments.

• Nations going to international courts where all nations are represented as designed by international bodies, for conflict resolution and settlement with all abiding to the unbiased judgement.

• Resources shared among all the tiers of government and administration and used as stipulated by law.

• Everybody living according to their means.

• Respect for each person's right to gainful employment and run the good business they desire without interference.

• Democracy practiced as enshrined in our laws. 

All the above were designed with only one goal, Peace. Kudos to all who designed them. They did a good job. 🤝 

CREATE YOUR SYSTEM

Let's learn from that. Which systems do you have in place in your home or life ? Do you live arbitrarily or you have well thought out course of action and way of life that help you maintain focus and guide your affairs. To succeed, you must have standards you live by and do not compromise. There are personal negative systems of carefree living that will ruin you. Drop that lifestyle fast. Let me suggest a few systems you should incorporate into your life. 

1. A network of good friends that you can count on and who can also count on you. Not easy to get though, but if you look well, you will eventually find them. That is a relationship system you must have in place. You know political parties is a system of few people coming together, pulling their resources together to get to power and run government together. The party throws them up. Your own friends is the party you belong to. Ensure you are in the right party. 

2. Might take a lot of efforts and planning from you, but you must have in place a self-running financial system that is constantly crediting you. That is the foundation of wealth. Wealthy people have businesses, investments and several ventures that credit them even when they are asleep. This is why they never go broke. Salary is one, but you must go beyond that. Once you get money, set up something that can self-run to be auto yield. If it is not self-running, it is not a system. It must be so good that it does not need your presence to credit you constantly. Systems are built on collective group work, it runs on mutual benefit. Once all parties benefit from it, the continuity is assured. I have studied political parties and discovered that they thrive on mutual benefit. The separation comes and power is lost when each person's benefit is no more assured, the system dies a natural death. When you see a man last decades in office and many work tirelessly for him to remain in that office, a system of mutually assured benefit is at work. Selfish people cannot run a system. Lone rangers cannot run a system. Look at companies set-ups. A business is announced without capital. People are asked to bring their monies and own shares with constant dividends promised. Crowd rush in, needed capital is generated. Professionals to run the business are brought on board with promised good pay for them if they make profit. The system is in place, you as the owner can then go lay your bed and sleep. Once you regularly pay all parties as promised, the system will keep yielding for you. Once you get greedy, the system will collapse. Have you ever seen the board chairman of any company or bank report to company office from morning till evening, never. They are in their house relaxing, on one golf course or the other, on a trip somewhere or setting up another system somewhere; yet money goes into their accounts daily. Huge businesses or systems thrive on mutually assured benefits. You are an accountant, tell your friends they have 30% of the profit of any accounting job they bring you and wait. I am not advocating fraud, falsifying of records or 'cooking' the books. Stay away from that. Simple "bring me good business and you have your cut". You are an engineer, promise whoever gets you a job 20% of the profit and wait. An online bank promised daily interest and they mopped up millions of customers overnight. Once the owner keeps his promise, the system will auto-run. Nobody cares what he does with their money or how much he makes, as long as they get their daily interest, they are cool. Distributors rush goods that allows them to make daily profits. That is a marketing system of manufacturers. They simply produce, distributors do the rest. A system is in place, the business owner goes to sleep peacefully while he gets credited daily. Translate your idea into a workable auto-run system that credit you constantly while you go to sleep.
